Payment Options
Lightbulb makes the payment process easy and secure by using Paypal. After you place your order, you will receive a Paypal invoice via email. You may then submit payment using your credit or debit cards or checking account.
Downloading Media Files
Lightbulb makes all media downloads available after you have completed your payment via Paypal. You will receive an email with a direct link to download your files.
Depending on how quickly payment is submitted, you may access you files in as little as one hour.
Shipping Time
Any printed materials will be shipped within 14 days of payment. Additonal time may be required for customized materials.

Video Quality
All of our video elements are delivered in 720 x 480 high resolution with a 16:9 aspect ratio. All videos on the website are low resolution for faster online viewing.
Video Format
All videos are delivered as .mov files.
We recommend ProPresenter for Mac and MediaShout for PC
Graphics Quality
All graphics are delivered as high resolution jpeg, whether for presentation or web use. Graphics are 16:9 aspect ratio.
Customization
Your logo can be placed on any Lightbulb Sermon Series print materials...one color or full color. A high-resolution .eps with transparent background is required.
Hard Copies
Hard Disk copies of all Lightbulb Sermon Series media files are available upon request. There is no additional charge.
Web Support
Lightbulb does not currently offer 24/7 website support. We do offer a user-friendly content management system with all of our websites, and we can typically execute any change to your site within 24 hours.
